今回製作した曲げ用の治具は、半径R=1.0の軸でした。
これで曲げ加工を行ったところ、結果は30°程度の曲げクセしか付ける
ことができませんでした。写真1
一方、後からの確認結果ですが、半径R=0.3の軸を使えば、
60°程度までの曲げクセを付けることが可能であることが、わかりました。写真2
次回の加工では軸の半径をR=0.3として治具を改造し、60°以上を狙います。

The bending jig which we produced this time has a shaft radius of 1.0.
The trial with this has proven that this jig can make bend of only about 30 degrees (Photo#1).
After this trial, we found that a jig with a shaft radius of 0.3 can make bend of up to 60 degrees or so (Photo#2).
Next time, we will convert the current jig into the one with a shaft radius of 0.3. In this way we aim to make bend of 60 degrees or more.
