今回製作した曲げ用の治具は、半径Ｒ=１．０の軸でした。
これで曲げ加工を行ったところ、結果は30°程度の曲げクセしか付ける
ことができませんでした。写真１

一方、後からの確認結果ですが、半径Ｒ=０．３の軸を使えば、
60°程度までの曲げクセを付けることが可能であることが、わかりました。写真２
次回の加工では軸の半径をＲ=０．３として治具を改造し、60°以上を狙います。
