TFのデザイン世界観を守る為の指導が出来る
FPを月20以上消化出来る（案件によりFPが適用されない場合は、推奨される各基準に従う）
先方や社内メンバーとのコミュニケーションが十分に行えている
決められたミッションを達成するだけでなく、成果物をより良いものにする為自ら積極的に提案することが出来る

Not limited only to design work, deepen understanding of other tasks, be able to carry out management other than for designers
Be able to give instruction in order to protect the TF design world view
Be able to erase FP at more than 20 per month (depending on the topic, if FP is not suitable, follow each recommended standard)
Sufficiently carry out communication with the other party or company members
Not only acheive the intended mission but also be able to actively offer in order to make deliverables into better things
