運送業者にmissing cargoの件を確認をしておりますが、彼らの言っていることに矛盾等はありませんでした。
下記が貨物輸送の経緯となります。
下記2点を確認していただきたいです。
・配達時間の3/3 12:11にトラックの入構があったかどうか、守衛の監視カメラ等で確認が取れないでしょうか？
・Aという名前はニックネームで、Bさんと同一人物ではないかとDHLは考えているようです。
それを確認していただけないでしょうか？
また、キャンセル費用の入金予定日もご連絡ください。
I have been confirming the missing cargo to the shipping company, and I am sure that what they say is no contradiction. The following is the detail for the cargo transport.

*Would it be possible to check the monitoring camera at the security system whether there was an act of entry of the truck at 12:11 on the 3rd of March as a delivery timing?
*DHL thinks that the person with the name “A” is a nickname and the same person as “B”.
Also, please quote the scheduled payment of cancellation expenses.
