Eとの正式な手順の合意は困難が予想されるため、BでCの協力を仰ぎつつテスト実施します。
その後他の業務にも拡大適用して手順の既成事実化を狙う。（表現には注意する必要がありますが）その後課題を洗い出しつつ手順正式化を進めます。
DにFが追記されることにより、GによるH設定業務の効率化も出来る可能性があります。
これらの改善をGも巻き込んで進めている、残課題は翌年度引き続き対応する、という方向でまとめたいと考えています。

The difficulty will be predicted for the official agreement of procedure with E, we will conduct the test with the assistance of C at B.
Moreover, we target the accomplished fact of the procedures by expanding the adaption of other tasks(Expression needs a little caution, though). Later, we will move towards the official procedure after the issue is identified.
By adding D to F, there is a possibility to optimise the setting task of H by G.
We would like to summarise the way of working for the remaining challenges for next year, as the improvement for these is done with G currently.
