ご注文のキャンセルにつきまして、来月出荷予定の100本については製作中につきキャンセル出来ないと
お伝えしておりましたが、まさにこれから製作に入る段階でしたので、まだキャンセルが可能です。
Aの材料が12月中旬頃に工場へ到着する予定のため、12月出荷予定の100本をキャンセルもしくは
納期の延期を承認いただければ、Aを1~2週間早く製作開始できるため、保証は出来ませんが、
Aの納期を1月末から中旬くらいまでは短縮出来るかもしれません。
ただ、材料の入荷時期によるため、確定はできません。
As for the cancellation of your order. We noted that we are unable to accept the request for cancellation of your order for 100 pcs to be shipped next month because of being in the middle of production, however, just let me revise, it is actually before the production, so you may cancel of your order for this.
The material of “A” will arrive in the mid of December to the factory, so if you approve the delay of delivery, or cancellation of 100 pcs which will be shipped in December, it doesn’t guarantee as we can begin the production of “A” one or two weeks earlier, but we may shorten the delivery of “A” to be the mid or end of January.
However, it is not guaranteed because of the period of incoming materials.
