温度80℃の90%濃硫酸にサンプルを24時間浸漬し、浸漬前後のサンプルの重量差から減少率を算出しました。
比較として、A社製のサンプルも一緒に評価しています。
試験手順:昇温1時間+テスト時間(24時間)をキープ+冷却1時間
試験後サンプル洗浄:大量の水で洗浄後、精製水で洗浄
結論として、弊社製はA社よりも耐腐食性が劣るという結果になりました。
ただ、Bよりは耐食性は良いという結果になりました。
耐食性を向上させるために、処理条件の確認と線径の確認を行っています。
The sample was to be soaked in 90% concentrated sulphuric acid for 24 hours and the decreasing rate was calculated from the difference in weight of the sample before and after soaking.
For a comparison, we assess it along with the sample by A company.
Procedure of the experiment: 1 hour for temperature rising+keeping for test duration for 24 hours+cooling down for 1 hour.
Cleaning the sample after the test: After cleaning with a huge amount of water, cleaning is to be done with purified water.
In conclusion, it was resulted that our product is inferior to that of A company for corrosion resistance.
However, our product also resulted in superior corrosion resistance to that of B company.
To improve corrosion resistance, we conduct the confirmation of processing condition along with wire diameter.
