資金調達について
１、TSE に上場しているFan communication に20000 株、1億1千万割り当てた。これは4/28に入金済。
２、Geo Technologies に36363株、2億円割り当て決定。5月末に入金する。
日本版だが、この２社への割り当て後の株式シェアは添付ファイルのとおり。
As we are on holiday week in Japan, Utsunomiya might not be able to answer immediately.
Regarding financing:
(1) We allocated 20,000 shares or 110 million yen to "Fan communication" listed on the TSE. Payment was made on Aprile 28.
(2) 36,363 shares or 200 million yen will be allocated to "Geo Technologies". Payment will be made at the end of May.
The Japanese version of the share price after allocation to these two companies is indicated in the attached file.
