I'm afraid that I don't know any more than you do. The tracking still says that it's left the UK but nothing else. Under normal circumstances I would expect you to have it by now however circumstances are far from normal and the post is in a mess all over the world. All we can do is keep waiting. Regarding FTP forwarding, now we are configuring FTP forwarding and sending images to our server.

The folders we set have been receiving images without any problems, and that works totally fine.
However, I don't know why but some images occasionally have been sent to the root folder irregularly.

It is only my guess though, it could be happening when motion detection works, so today I turned off the motion detection's update (upload FTP in the section of "trigger action").
