パスポート番号、生年月日の記載を忘れてしまいました。
振り込んだ時のレシートを添付します。
Purpose of paymentを書き換えるためには送金取り消しが
必要でRPAにも銀行より取り消しの連絡が入り手間をかけてしまいます。

2021/11/10日の送金を受理いただくことは可能でしょうか？

I transferred remittance for the annual membership (USD$1,765.00) and the SRRV deposit (USD$20,035.00) to the designated bank account on November 10th, 2021.
However, I unfortunately forgot to mention my passport number and date of birth in the purpose of payment when making the transfer.
Please find attached the receipt received when I made the transfer.
In order to rewrite the Purpose of Payment, it is necessary to cancel the remittance - the bank will then also contact the RPA to cancel the remittance. This all takes due time and effort.
