注文した商品について、1週間前に発送連絡が来てからステータスが「Your order is being processed」のまま変わらない。
先程チャットで問い合わせをさせて頂き、倉庫の担当に確認し別途メールにて連絡を頂ける事にはなっているが、できれば今週中に商品が欲しいため、本日または明日にはDHLに荷物を引き渡して欲しい。
本日または明日にDHLに引き渡しが難しい場合でも、商品のキャンセルは考えていないので、できる限り早く到着するよう手配して欲しい。
About a product which I ordered, the status has not changed and still shows “Your order is being processed”, even after I got a shipping notice one week ago.
I asked you by chat just now. They will check to person in charge of warehouse and send me the separate email, but if possible I would like to have the product in this week. So I would like the package to be delivered to DHL till today or tomorrow.
Even if it difficult to deliver the package to DHL till today or tomorrow, I won’t cancel the product, so please arrange to arrive it as soon as possible.
