もし6月25日までに200台を出荷してもらう場合、あなたにいつまでに発注すればよいですか。
また、上記のすべてのSDカードに日本から送ったデータを入れて、セットアップしてもらうことは可能ですか。
来週月曜日に提案しなければなりませんので、早めに返信いただけると助かります。

It is not getting firm but we are proposing the adoption of 200 sets to customers at the moment. If 200 sets are available for shipping by the 25th of June, until when should I order for you?
Moreover, would it be possible to set up all the settings using data in an SD card which are sent from Japan?
As I need to make a proposal by next Monday, it will be greatly helpful if you could reply to me soon.
