鋭敏化を防ぐためにはオーブンの温度を急速に冷やす必要があります。
我々は下記の条件で急冷を行っています。
もし製品のアッセンブル後に熱処理を加える場合は、熱により製品が歪む可能性が高いです。
加えて、既存の製品はカシメで金具をとめているため、より歪みが大きくなり、
製品と金具がきちんとシールされず、リークする可能性があります。
前のスライドと重複しますが、弊社のプロセスについて説明致します。

We think that there are 2 reasons for the important elements to protect from the rust.
To get rid of sensitization, the temperature on the oven has to be cooled rapidly.
We are conducting to cool rapidly for the following conditions.
If the thermal process would be added after assembling the product, there might be possibility to distort the product by the heat.
Also, the metal fittings are made by crimping to existing products, that produces a large distortion so that it might leak as the product and the metal fittings are not sealed completely.
This would be duplicated for the slide before, we will explain our process.
We will show you the real products in our factory later.
