1）権利金■円の支払いは乙が発注する機械代金に同額の代金分を上乗せしL/C（取り消し不能）により支払う。但し、代金上乗せ金額の関税・L/C手数料の増額分の金員は乙の負担とする。
2）2011年11月11日の合意書に基づき、乙は2011年12月中に発注書を発行する。今年の発注数量は50Kwを1台とし次年度より30Kw～200Kwを年間100台の売買を予定するが甲が乙からの受注不能となった時は、当契約は解除する。

1) Key Money: The fee of JPY■, which is the same value of the price of the machine ordered by B, shall be paid in addition to the price of the machine by irrevocable L/C. Provided that, customs fees and additional commission of L/C in connection with this additional fee shall be borne by B.
2) In accordance with the agreement entered by the parties on 11 November 2011, B shall issue a purchase order by the end of December 2011. The order amount for this year shall be one (1) unit of 50Kw, and 100 units of 30Kw to 200Kw. Provided, however, that in case that A become unable to supply B with the products, this Agreement shall be terminated.
2) In accordance with the agreement entered by the parties on 11 November 2011, B shall issue a purchase order by the end of December 2011. The order amount for this year shall be one (1) unit of 50Kw, and 100 units of 30Kw to 200Kw. Provided, however, that in case that A become unable to supply B with the products, this Agreement shall be terminated.

1) Key Money - For payments made by Japanese Yen, Purchaser shall pay twice the amount of machines to be ordered by irrevocable letter of credit. Provided however that, Purchase shall be responsible for all customs duties and letter of credit commissions charged for excess amount paid as the Key Money.
2) Purchase order shall be processed within December 2011, according to the Agreement entered on November 11, 2011. This year's purchase quantity shall be 50Kw per machine, and starting from next year, purchasing / selling 100 machines of 30Kw-200Kw will be planed. However, such agreement shall terminate when Supplier became unable to accept orders from Purchaser.
