私自身は45歳の男性ですが、教えていただきたいのは高校１年生で、16歳の長女です。
名前は「CCCC」といいます。
来年、カナダに短期ホームステイをしますので、それまでに英会話に慣れておきたいという希望です。

Actually, I'm not the one who's taking the class. I'm writing to you for my daughter, CCCC. She's 16 years old and in her first year at high school. I myself is 45 years old male, by the way.
She's going to go to Canada for short-term homestay and she'd like to get used to English before she goes to Canada.
AAAA先生は年代も近いので、楽しく英会話を教えていただけるのでは思い、ご依頼させていただきました。
もしお願いできるようでしたら、レッスンは土日の午後にと思っています。
いかがでしょうか。
もしご検討いただけるようでしたら、今月の15~17日か、19日、22日の日中のご都合のよろしい時にお会いして、詳しくお話しさせていただければ幸いです。
それ以外の日にちがご希望でしたら、ご都合のよいタイミングをおっしゃってください。
お会いする時には、私と、本人でうかがうようにします。
I think my daughter will enjoy your class since you and my daughter are close in age, therefore I'd like you to teach my daughter.
Could you give her lessons on Saturday or Sunday in the afternoon, if possible? If it's ok with you, I'd like to meet you up on 15, 16, 17, 19 or 20 of this month to talk about details.
If you are not available on those days above, please let me know when we can meet up.
I and my daughter together will meet you at the initial session.
