落札時のコンディションと大きく異るものです。返品と返金を要求致します。明らかに発送側の梱包不備であることは明らかですので何らかの対応をお願い致します。
Today I received an item. As I bought a lithograph, when it arrived, it was rolled and crashed. The packaging wasn't perfect.
It was dramatically different in condition from my seeing it at an auction. Therefore I demand a refund as I will return this item. The packaging is a cause of trouble.
I need your prompt reaction.
