出荷の間違いで納期が遅れたかもしれませんが、代金を支払って2カ月以上経過して入荷したのは遅すぎます。入荷が遅れていなければ、高い運送会社を使う事はありませんでした。受注のミニマムに達成できない事と生産ができないので、彼に追加受注をお願いしました。他社では、弊社より安い価格で購入して荷物が既に到着しています。荷物がわかるように外箱のシールを一部を残してもらうように依頼していましたが、全て剥がされています。問題点があったのに、クレームを言わず、状況に応じて対応してくれました。
It might be late for the delivery due to a mistake in shipping but it is too late to ship after longer than 2months since the payment. If the arrival of item isn't delayed I don't have to pay higher cost of shipping. Items on others were arrived even the bought at lower price than yours.
AS I have asked to remain a part of sticker on the box in order to locate easily of packages but all are removed.
With these problems, it handled carefully without saying any of complaints.
