お世話になります。去年ペイパル経由で商品を注文しましたが、決済側の何らかのエラーにより注文確定には至らなかった注文が2件あります。2件ともペイパル決済で既に引き落としのみかかっている状態です。ペイパルに連絡してキャンセルを何度かお願いしましたが、売り手側からしか手続きができないとの一点張りで困っています。以下にお伝えするペイパル決済IDを貴社にお伝えし、キャンセル手続きをして頂ければ返金されるとの事でしたので、以下2点のペイパルIDのキャンセルを希望します。宜しくお願いします
Hello, I ordered the item through PayPal last year but there were resulted 2 uncompleted orders for any of problem at the payment side. Those two orders were finished completing the amount paid already. I made several requests for PayPal for asking to cancel those orders however they repeated the cancellation can only be done from seller side. They also said that I will give you my PayPal ID for following in order to request refunding. I would like to cancel these 2 IDs for PayPal, please.
