As it was answered at the first matter of enquires, concerning section 1. ,there was no reasonable explanation regarding the change from NIR to TLC, therefore, there is a request for asking it to explain again on the second matter of enquires.
As referred to the first matter of enquiries, we need an explanation the suitability for the accuracy of examination. In addition, if it would be difficult to do so by the end of this month, we need when to obtain the explanation should be noted.

I had been answered at the first referral matter, but was requested to explain again at the second referral matter this time since there was no explanation of adequacy to change from NIR to TLC.
