先週御社から下記のメールをいただきました
私はこれに対して現住所が記載されてある水道料金の領収書を送りました
しかし１週間たってもまだアカウントが停止されたままです。停止されていますが大口出品の請求だけがきています
アカウントが使えるようになるために、どのような対処が必要が教えていただければ幸いです
元々、アカウントが停止になっている原因は、Amazonに登録した現住所と、御社に提出したAmexの明細に記載されてある住所が一致しないことが原因です

I received the below email from your company in last week.
I sent the water charge invoice which current address mentions to this.
However, the account has been stopped yet even 1 week passed.
Although it has been stopped, I got invoice only for large exhibition.
I am glad if you inform me what kind of things I should do to use the account.
The reason why the account has been stopped originally is that the current address registered in Amazon is different from the address mentions in Amex detail which I submitted to your company.
Amexを契約後、引っ越ししたので明細に記載されてあるのは旧住所になります。
すでにAmexに住所変更するよう依頼しました。しかし、現住所が記載されてある明細が発行されるのは来月になります。それを待っていたら時間がかかります
時間がかかるので、上記のURLに、現住所が載っている水道料金の領収書を送りました。日本語の領収書です。英語の領収書はありません
水道料金の領収書をお送りしてからすでに１週間たっています

After making a contact for Amex, I moved out. Therefore, the address which mentions in detail is the old one.
I already asked Amex to change the address. However, the detail with the current address will be issued from next month. It will take time to finish it.
Because it will take time, I sent the water charge invoice which mentions current address to the above URL. This invoice is written in Japanese. There is no invoice in English.
1 week passed already after I sent the water charge invoice.
The account has still been stopped.
どのようにしたらアカウントが再開されるか教えていただけないでしょうか？
現住所が載っている公的な住民票を提出すればいいでしょうか？ただし、住民票は英語ではなく日本語です。
どのような書類が必要か教えていただけないでしょうか？
アカウントが停止されたままなのに、大口出品の料金だけ請求されています。
一刻も早く、アカウントを再開したいと思っています。

Could you inform me as to how the account can be reinstated?
Would it be possible to submit the residence card that indicates the current place of residence? However, the residence card is not in English but in Japanese.
Could you inform me on the documents that are necessary?
Although the account has been suspended, the fee in regards of shipping to big companies has been requested.
I hope that the account can be reinstated soonest.
