アカウントの登録住所はアメリカでレンタルした住所です
アメリカからシンガポールに向けての発送ラベルを作成しましたが、
支払いの段階でクレジットカードが拒絶されました。
日本のクレジットカードは使えませんか？
私のような外国人が発送ラベルを作成し、支払う方法はありますか？

The address of the account registration was a rental made in the US.
Although I have made shipping label from the US to Singapore.
at the point of payment, it was refused.
Cannot I use a Japanese credit card?
