日本まで届いてます。しかしながらケースが割れていました。返品したくないので交換する条件でお願いします。アメリカまで届くまで2週間、優先郵便で20ドル掛かります。299ドルで購入したのうち一部の20ドルを払い戻しをお願い出来ませんか？交換品も出来れば日本まで届けて欲しいです。難しいそうでしたらアメリカ国内の住所で送り届けて下さい。
The items have been delivered but found the case was broken. However I don't wanna cancel it therefore can you offer me a condition to replace it, please. It takes two week from America . It required 20 USD for express mail. can I ask you to reimburse/ partially refund at 20 USD out of 299USD for total purchase? I hope you to ship to Japan for replacement. If looks difficult please send it to the address in US,please.
