We have shipped this item for more than 10 years & had no problems.
I worry this may not be compatible with your cartridge & exchanging may not solve the problem..
If you were in the USA--no problem ---shipping cost is low BUT outside USA shipping is VERY costly.
You may of course return to us for exchange or refund.
To save having to return & If you prefer I can issue a refund for the stylus now.
