おそらく、模造品のセラーは春節前で大量に仕入れているので、警告書では止めないでしょう。
しかし、裁判になれば、手続きによりますが最速で２～３ヶ月で相手の販売を止めることができます。
もちろん確実に勝てるかはわかりませんが、やります！
契約書の件は、サインかスタンプをください。
箱の件ですが、たしかに、同じようなクオリティでもっと安いところがあれば乗り換えたいところです

I guess the seller for imitation will not stop selling with warning statement because they purchased many goods before Teto holiday.
However, I can make them stop selling minimum 2 - 3 months (depends on the procedure) if the trail incurs.
