Japan and USA have built the good relationship on the the aviation field for a long time. In 1969, if it is considered that the Exchange of Notes regarding cooperation exchanging between both governments is the cause, this year becomes 50 years exactly. In 1969, I am thinking about the exchanging documents for cooperation between two countries, it is celebrated for 50 years.
