Officially 3 month maximum but that never happens this long.
Just be patience even I understand you wish to have your models. Also for me it is not nice that a good client needs to wait a long time to receive them.

The problem we have now is that Christmas is coming so there are many parcels in the air and we are closing from Friday 21
December till January 26
but okay, let us just wait for the out coming of the investigation and then we take it from there.

以前お伝えしましたとおり、調査には時間を要します。
最長で３ヶ月と公言しておりますが、実際にはこんなに時間がかかることはありません。
お客様がそれらのモデルを入手されたいことは私も理解のうえですが、ご辛抱くださいますようお願いいたします。
それから商品を受け取るのに優れたお客様をお待たせしなければいけないという状況は私にも承服いたしかねるところです。
繰り返しとはなりますが、私は最善を尽くしておりますので、もし何か探すことができればお客様にご連絡を差し上げますし、お客様がその間にモデルをお受け取りになられましたらご一報願います。
現状抱えている問題としましてはクリスマスが間近に迫り航空便の小包の配送が増えているということと弊社が１２月２１日金曜日より年明け２６日までお休みに入らせて頂くという点です。
でも大丈夫です。調査の結果を待って、その後どうするか考えましょう。
