１．添付画像Aについて
新たにCAとUKのストアを設定しました。過去のキャンセルされたストアが添付画像が示すようにまだ残っているのですが
これを画面上から削除する方法はありますか？
２．添付画像Bについて
CAとUKのStore TypeがFreeになっています。
私はUSで59.99ドルプランに加入しています。
その場合、US、CA、UKであわせて月に8000メールまで送ることができるのではないですか？
それともCAとUKは別料金が発生しますか？

1. Image A attached
I set a store of CA and UK newly. As the store cancelled in the past are still in the image attached, do I have a way to delete it from the screen.
2. Image B attached
Store type of CA and UK is free.
I am participating in 59.99 dollar plan of the States.
In that case, may I send 8000 emails at maximum a month of US, CA and UK all together?
Or do we have additional fee for CA and UK?
