I boxed up your sculpture tonight, to go out in the morning--but I discovered something I need to discuss with you. Included in the box: the wooden base, a solid brass picture frame, the warranty information, the order form and certificate for getting a PERSONALIZED COA sent to you, & the usual LLADRO pamphlet showing how the figurine is made etc...BUT I COULD NOT FIND THE ACTUAL COA.
明朝に発送するため、今晩人形を箱詰めしました。その際、発見したことがあって、そのことについてお話すべくご連絡差し上げています。箱の中には次のものが含まれています：木製の台、真鍮の額縁、保証に関する情報、個別のCOAをお客様に送付するための注文書と証明書、およびリヤドロの人形がどのように作られているかなどを説明した通常のパンフレット。ところが、実際のCOAが見当たらないのです。
The bottom of the sculpture is signed and numbered, the "insurance certificate" and order form for a personalized COA is stamped with the matching edition number of this figurine--but I cannot find a COA.
If this is a problem for you, I'm willing to refund your entire purchase now and cancel the sale--I SINCERELY APOLOGIZE--I had NO IDEA it was missing. If you still want it, I'll send it out immediately. This is part of a SEMI TRAILER full of my mother's collections--I find loose paperwork constantly--so if I found the COA later, I WOULD mail it to you. Please let me know what you decide.
人形の底には署名と番号が付いており、個別のCOAを発行するための「保険証書」と注文書には、この人形のエディション番号と一致する番号が捺印されています。ですが、COAが見つかりません。
