大人向けのアダルト漫画雑誌読み放題サービスのKomiflo。ユーザー登録を進めていくと女の子が脱いでいくという画期的なシステムを採用しています。ちなみにフォームを１つ入力するたびに、女の子が「情報を入力してください。ご褒美があるかも...」「あともう少しです。頑張ってください...」と話しかけてきます。
個人的には、Basecamp.comで使われている入力フォームを思い出しました。

Personally, it reminds me of the form being used at Basecamp.com.
