その後、追跡情報が更新されていませんでしたので、
8月27日に日本の郵便局へ調査請求書を提出しました。
8月30日に追跡情報が更新され、
現在、Processing at delivery Post Office の状態です。

The item you had ordered was shipped from Japan on August 10 and arrived in the US on August 12. As the tracking information was not updated since then, I submitted a request for investigation to a post office in Japan on August 27.
On August 30, the tracking information was updated and the current status is "Processing at delivery Post Office".
