(c) not to use Proprietary Information of the other Party except for the purposes of this Agreement, which purposes shall include disclosure to subcontractors and second sources, both in accordance with nondisclosure agreements. The standard of care to be exercised by the receiving Party to meet these obligations shall be the standard exercised by the receiving Party with respect to its own proprietary information of a similar nature, but in no event less than due care.

（C）他の団体の機密情報をこの合意ーつまり両者とも非公開合意に従ってサブコンタラクター及び二次供給者への公開を目的とするーの目的以外に使用しないこと。これらの義務に合致する為に受ける側で訓練されるべき介護基準は、自己の似通った性質の機密情報について受ける側による訓練の基準でなければならず、しかし当然の介護を下回ってはならない。
