our forwarder に確認を取ったところ、INVOICEではTERMがFOBとなってるのに、factoryはFCAと言ってきているので、どちらが正しいか確認してほしいということでした。

Upon getting onfirmation from our forwarder, eventhough the terms on the invoice was FOB, the factory says it is FCA therefore they said they want confirmation on whether which is true.

I asked our forwarder and they told me to confirm which one is correct since on the invoice TERM is noted as FOB but the factory says it’s FCA.
