I received a chainsaw from China yesterday, however it was a used one. I purchased a new item. Also the bar and the chain were 20 inches, not 24 inches as I purchased. Please send me the item 365 immediately along with the bar and the chain for 24 inches.

The chainsaw arrived from China today.However, it was a secondhand.I bought a brand-new item.Further to that, bar and chain was 20-inch even what i bought was 24 inch.Please send me a brand new 365 together with bar and chain which fit 24 inch.
