青森県東部に位置し、広大な太平洋を一望することができる種差海岸を散策します。
現在は、「陸中海岸国立公園」の一部に制定されており、「みちのく潮風トレイル」と名付けられた人気の高いウオーキングルートの要所にもなっています。
種差海岸では満月の夜、月の光が海面に一直線に伸び、まるで月と地上を結ぶような光の橋を海に見ることができます。柑橘類の中で最も大きく、柑橘の女王とも呼ばれるザボンのように見えることから、種差海岸のあたりではこの現象を「ザボンの月」と呼びます。

We walk around Tanesashi Beach located in eastern part of Aomori ken and from where we can see the spacious Pacific Ocean.
Currently it is designated as part of "Rikuchu Kaigan National Park", and it is an important spot of a very popular walking route called "Michinoku sea breeze trail".
In Tanesashi Beach, moon light goes straight on the sea where we can see a bridge of light as if the moon and land were connected. As it looks like shaddock that is called queen of citrus fruits and is the largest among the citrus fruits, this phenomenon is called "moon of shaddock" in this part of Tanesashi Beach.
