あたなは、日本部の職員は「自分の指示に従わない」と考え、ストレスを感じていると思います。
また日本部の職員は、自分たちの「こうしたいんだ」という熱意を校長（あなた）に阻害されていると考え、ストレスを感じていると思います。
この気持ちの積み重ねが今の関係悪化に繋がっていることは間違いありません。
しかし、双方が感じていることは事実でしょうか。

And the Japanese division staff feels stress thinking that their zeal of doing things "their own way" is being hindered by the President (you).
These feelings accumulating is no doubt tied to the current worsening of relationships.
