No Withholding. The Consultant acknowledges that all payments to be made hereunder shall be made without any deduction by the Company for federal state and local payroll withholding and special security taxes or any unemployment and worker’s compensation insurance costs, all of which taxes and deductions shall remain the exclusive responsibility of the Consultant.
源泉徴収なし。コンサルタントは、本契約において連邦、州、地元の給与支払いの源泉徴収、特別安全税、雇用保険及び労働者の補償のコストを目的とした場合、会社が控除を行わず全ての支払いを行うことを承認する。これらの全ての税及び控除はコンサルタントの独占的な責任となる。
