Originally built back in 1974, condos for sale at Four Paddle offer a tremendous value to potential home buyers who may be looking for a good deal, especially since the Ritz Carlton development across the street blocks some of the would-be ocean views from many units inside the building. The covered guest parking is also a nice touch at The Four Paddle condo building and isn’t something you see very often at other Waikiki condo buildings. Furthermore, most condos for sale at Four Paddle have also been remodeled to include some very nice updates, specifically to the kitchens and baths, making this building even more of a must-see for anyone out there in the market for a gorgeous new Waikiki condo.
