初めて聞いた会社ので、前金を支払う事で問題ありませんか。以前 メーカーに前金を支払って、出荷直前に商品が出なくなりました。メーカーからの返金に時間がかかり、お客さんに返金する事出来ず、対応が大変でした。極力 前金があるブランドは取り扱いをしていませんでした。

Is it correct to understand that the purchase is made from the store in circle? Paying a deposit to you is okay for me, but since I have never heard of the company before, I am a little skeptical if it is safe to pay for the deposit to it. In the past, there was a time when a deposit was paid to a manufacturer but items were not shipped right before the shipping. As it took so long to get the refund from the manufacturer, we were not able to repay the customer and it was such a trouble. So we did not deal with brands which had a deposit requirement.
