何度かメールや電話を彼らからもらいました。
彼らは日本で意匠権をとっています。アメリカでは販売できているようですね。
彼らが伝えてきた意匠権番号をしらべましたが、間違いなく日本国で登録されています。
日本アマゾンは我々の出品を即座に停止しました。
多額の広告費をかけ、順調に売上を伸ばしていたのに非常に残念です。
１２０個を送っていただいたということでありがとうございます。
こちらはなんとか自力で、日本で売り切ります。

The company that has warned us with the intellectual property right for not selling was as the following.
We received emails and phone calls for several times.
They have obtained the design right in Japan. It seems that the sales is available in the US.
As I confirmed the design right number they informed us, it was registered in Japan for sure.
We have immediately terminated the listing at Amazon Japan.
It was very unfortunate as the sales was steadily growing with the amount of advertisement fee.
Thanks for sending us 120 pieces.
We will somehow manage to sell them all at our end.
