Did you see any loose pieces in the packing from where the bowls may have chipped in shipment? I packed them in several layers of bubblewrap so I was very surprised to hear there was a problem. We can give you a refund for the 2 bowls, but we will need you to ship them back to us first. I just want to see first if you noticed any chipped pieces in the shipment. If you did not, I would really appreciate if you could check the packing again to make sure. Let me know and then we can proceed from there. Again, my apologies and we will hopefully get this remedied very soon.
