確認の結果あなた宛送った商品の状況が分かりました。梱包が破損したとの理由で輸送中継地点のUKから返送され、数日内に私の住む街の郵便局へ到着予定です。貴国宛発送した場合時折このようなケースがあり、破損が軽微で商品に損傷がなくても通関前に返送される事が過去にもありました。送料は余分にかかります（当方負担します）が速達便で送るとこの様な事態は避けられるので速達便で再送します。返送を待っていると時間がかかり、これ以上お待たせしても申し訳ないので同じ商品を仕入れ12/10迄に再送します
As a result of investigation, I found out the status of the item I sent to you. Because packaging was damaged, it was returned from a relay point in UK and in a few days it will arrive at the post office in the town where I live. Sometimes such case happens when I send item your country, and although damage is not huge and item has no damage, item was returned before the customs in the past. Extra shipping fee will be charged (I will pay for it), but such case can be avoided by sending by express mail, so I will resend it by express mail. It will take time to wait for returned item and as I feel sorry for keeping you wait longer, I will get the same item and resend it by December 10th.
