また、Bのお見積書をお送り致します。まだBの図面は完成しておりませんので、弊社設計から出図され次第お送り致します。Bについては、まだ概算見積なのでまだ価格が下る余地があるかと思います。
サンプルを送ってもらうかどうかは、まず弊社で設計が可能かを確認してから決めさせて下さい。
次回はCに関係した部署の方と面談したいのですが、アポイントをお願いできますか？

We are scheduled to dispatch A on December 11.
Also, I will send you a quotation for B.
I will send you a drawing of B as soon as I receive it from our Design dept.
Since the quotation for B is only a rough estimate, I think there is still a chance that the price may decrease.
I would like to first confirm if it is possible for us to design it.
I will ask you to send us samples later if necessary.
