当初Aの設計について、PMMAはPCと同様な設計を進めてきました。しかし、PMMA のViscosityはPCより高いケースが増えたため、COC/COPとPCの中間的なResidence timeかつ、High differential pressuredでAの設計を行うようになりました。設計が難しいですが、弊社はBを考慮した上で、Aの提案をします。
新しいCの設計は、2箇所でシールすることによって、より樹脂のリークを防ぐことができ、安定した製品を生産できます。
With regard to the initial A design, PMMA is progressing with a design similar to PC. The cases of PMMA 's Viscosity being higher than PC have increased therefore we have been able to carry out the design of A with a residence time intermediate of COC/COP and PC, and moreover with high differential pressure. The design is difficult but our company proposed A after taking B as a reference.
For design of a new C, we have been able to further avoid resin leaks by sealing at 2 points, and we will be able to produce a stable product.
