What I meant was I would like to translate your teaching materials to Japanese then sell them in Japan.
I would also like to be allowed the use of the materials in your site such as the pictures.
I will pay you compensation proportional to their sales performance.
In other words, I'm asking won't you enter a joint venture with me?
