先日は、商品の発送をありがとうございました。
日本に到着したのですが、箱が破損しており、雨に濡れて、販売出来ない状態のものがあります。
雨に濡れて製品全体が湿ってします。
写真を添付しますのでご確認下さい。
商品を1つずつ開封して中身を確認したところ、解説書と表紙だけ替えれば、製品として販売出来そうです。
お手数ですが、下記のアイテムNOの表紙と解説書を再送下さい。
次回から商品発送の際は、製品をビニールに包んでから段ボールに入れて下さい。
ご協力よろしくお願い致します。

It has arrived in japan but the box was destroyed, made wet with rain, so i can't sell it.

upon checking the goods enclosed one by one, if the manual and cover sheet are replaced then it seems i can sell it.

次回から商品発送の際は、製品をビニールに包んでから段ボールに入れて下さい。
Starting from the next time i will order, please wrap the items in plastic before placing them in the cardboard box.

I opened each item and checked what is inside, and found that I can sell if I exchange only the manual and front cover.
I hate to ask you, but would you send the front cover and manual of the item number listed below again?

Thank you for shipping the item.
It has arrived in Japan, but the box was broken and soaked with rain which some of them are not the best condition to sell.
The item itself is moistened as well. I am attaching a photo of it so please check it.
I opened all the boxes one by one to check if the items are okay, it seems we can sell if I change the instructions and the front covers to new ones.
It may be inconvenient you but kindly send me again new instructions and front cover of the items numbers below.
Please wrap the items with a plastic bag before you put them in a cardboard box from next time.
