以前お話しした貴社商品の香港向け直送の件ですが、貴社が梱包に使っている木製パレットは中国向けの発送に使用できないことが分かりました。木製パレットの場合、燻蒸処理済みのものでなければ中国国内へ持ち込めないとの事です。ですので中国向けの発送には、燻蒸証明書付き木製パレット、もしくはプラスチック製パレットや強化ダンボール製パレットなどの代替品を使用していただけないでしょうか？

About directly sending to your company's product to Hong kong that we talked about before, I learned that the wooden pallet used by your company for packaging can't be used for shipping to China. If the wooden pallet is not fumigated, it cannot be carried into China. Therefore, in shipping to China, can't you use wooden pallets that have a fumigation certificate, or plastic pallets or durable cardboard pallets etc. as substitutes?

Regarding the direct shipping of your products to Hong Kong that I talked about before, it has turned out that the wooden pallets you use for packaging can not be used for items to be shipped to China. Only fumigated wooden pallets can be brought into China. With regard to direct sending of your products to Hong Kong, we discovered that the wooden pallet which your company uses for packing is unusable for shipment to China. According to our research, only fumigated wooden pallets are permitted to be brought into the country. Therefore, for shipment to China, we would like to request that you use wooden pallets with a certificate of fumigation, or use plastic pallets or reinforced corrugated fiberboard pallets as a substitute.
