Regarding defects found in item 280006 & 280012.
Please find the below comments from the exporter.
Regarding item 280006, these are the grains of the wood in dark and light shades which are unable to control as it comes in the wood naturally,
some may have more darker grains but it is natural.
However, in future orders they will try to control as much as possible.
Regarding item 280012, this item and 280004.. They have applied the same process for leather on both items as well as for all the leather products
and did not find issue of strong smell in leather.
However, they will try to find out the way to control this.
280006 & 280012で見つかりました不具合につきまして、輸出担当者からの下記コメントをご覧ください。
280006につきまして、黒い木の粉と明るい影は木、本来のものなのでこちらで管理できるものではございません。もっと色の濃いものもありますがそれも自然な風合いです。
しかし今後の受注分については極力管理したいとかんがえております。
280012につきまして、こちらの商品と280004は同じ革の手順を踏んでおり、それらは全ての皮製品に対しても同様です。そして革の臭いについても同様です。
しかしながら、臭いを抑えることができないかどうか確認してみるそうです。
