we have been contacted today by DHL worldwide they are returning the deck to us as it has not cleared customs and they are demanding an additional payment for export as we are not willing to pay the tax we will be refunding your payment we are extremely sorry for any inconvenience but as the item was originally listed with no international postage this is a cost we didnt know about

本日、DHLから連絡があり、デッキが税関を通過できなかったため、デッキを返送してくるとのことです。輸出するには追加の支払いが必要なのですが、税金を払いたくないので、お支払いになった分はお客様に返金します。ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありませんが、もともと海外への発送は考えずに出品していたので、このような出費が要るとは知らなかったのです。

今日ディー・エイチ・エルより、デッキが関税を通過できなかった為に返送する旨連絡がありました。輸送する場合は追加料金が必要との事でした。税金を払うのは不本意な為、返金させて頂きます。ご迷惑をおかけして大変申し訳ございません。こちらの商品は元々国際料金に関する記載がなかった為、私達も認識がありませんでした。
