5. The terms of this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to any particular Proprietary Information until you can document that such Proprietary Information falls into one of the exceptions stated in Paragraph 1 above.
7. Until one year after the later of (i) the date of this Agreement or (ii) the last disclosure of Proprietary Information to you, you will not encourage or solicit any employee or consultant of Company to leave Company for any reason.
5. 本Agreementの条項は上記Paragraph 1に定める例外に該当することを書面で定めない限り、全ての個別のProprietary Informationについて有効となる。
7. (i) 本Agreementの日付又は(ii)Proprietary Informationがあなたに最後に公開された日から起算して1年間が経過するまで、あなたはいかなる理由に於いても、Companyに所属するいかなる従業員、コンサルタントもCompanyを退職させてはならない。
