"Hi,... I own both Roland gr20 and gr55,... and also 3 more guitars with GK pickups,.. so believe me when I say, this is not user mistake in settings, something is seriously wrong here. Unfortunately we don't have licensed Roland service in Croatia, but if you are willing to refund half the price as you say, I'm willing to take GK3 to some non-licensed service to try and fix it somehow on my expance,.. if they don't succeed I will live with that, cos sending it back to you will cost me additional money, and I already payed 40$ for income duties... thanks"
こんにちは。私はローランド製のgr20 とgr55の両方をもっています。更に、GKピックアップのギターも3台もっています。ですので、私の言うことを信用してください。これはユーザーの設定ミスではなく、何か重大な問題があります。あいにくクロアチアには、正規のローランド修理サービス店がありません。貴方のお申し出の通り半額を返金していただけるなら、GK3を非正規のサービス店に持ち込み、自費でなんとか修理してもらいます。もし修理できなければ、そのままにしようと思います。貴方へ返送するには更にお金がかりますし、既に$40もの税金を払っていますので。よろしくお願いいたします。
